Piotr Grabowski
Head of Key Clients
For most of my professional life, I’ve worked with people on technology projects – most often for prestigious clients with high expectations and even greater time pressure. When it comes to challenging implementations, I’ve seen almost everything. I owe my calm and composure to thorough preparation. I feel most at home when a situation needs to be rescued and a process brought back on track. Especially when the margin for error is close to zero.
I value clear, strict rules – they give me the freedom to make conscious changes when they are truly needed. “It’s impossible because I haven’t tried it yet” – that’s how I’ve been thinking for years. So far, the only thing I haven’t learned to do is fly.
I believe that detailed project planning builds client trust and provides a foundation for safely optimizing both budget and time. When processes become stable, projects start generating greater profits, while implementation timelines shrink by months. As a result, even the most demanding partners stay with us for years, and teams naturally grow and evolve.
What I do after work
For fun, I watch movies. I dive into film theory and techniques for conveying information indirectly (e.g. drinking milk, movement from right to left, or the color orange). And when I need a break from screens, I build furniture and do home renovations.
