Challenge

A website for a law firm with an extremely precise scope. The website of the client divided its communication into two sections – Partners and Investments, which was a good idea. However, it was all obfuscated by complicated communication and unintuitive interface. Our main focus was to make the website clear and to have it clearly convey what the firm does.

Project

The designer decided to limit the amount of written copy on the website to the necessary minimum. An animated object in the upper part of the page enhances the simple but concrete claim: “We add value”. We were able to establish three main fields of the firm’s expertise – law, compliance and transactions. The visitor can quickly see what the company deals with. The simple and elegant design utilising “standard business” colours like grey and navy further conveys their professionalism, while the specks of orange catch the eye.

Realization

We were able to create a website consistent with the client’s strategy. It’s transparent in terms of structure and easy to use. Visitors can quickly understand what the firm does. While it’s still possible to access the myriad pieces of content regarding the firm, it’s snugly fit into categories and sub-pages. To top it all off, we conducted a photoshoot of the team with regard to the current design.
