Does a shark need swimming lessons? It turns out that it is, especially if you’re a shark in the legal industry, distinguished as one of the 50 best lawyers in Poland. Like Jakub Bartoszewicz, who, after co-managing a law firm, decided to open his own. A deep-end dive with a narrow specialization: employment law exclusively from the employers’ perspective. Against the mainstream

How to stand out in the sea of legal brands? We often hear this question from clients, but the answer was evident to us in this case. A law firm from Olsztyn opted for uncompromising specialization, and in our conversations, the theme of time spent in Warmian nature often emerged. So we created a brand that’s not afraid to flow its way – away from corporate patterns and closer to authentic values, in harmony with (its own) nature.

how we built the brand of the best employers’ lawyer

Jakub Bartoszewicz’s law firm specializes in employer-oriented labor law. We specialize in lawyers, so we met halfway, and the surface was as smooth as our collaboration. What areas for design and implementation did we identify for this brand? All of them. From marketing consultations through implementing foundations to producing materials for independent use (without a safety buoy!). After all, it’s worth doing important and brave things.

Jakub Bartoszewicz’s law firm operates in Olsztyn, so we decided to leverage this city’s potential. In communication and brand identity, we opted for an unusual, direct reference to nature and water – to the place where Jakub lives, works, and simply loves. Through this connection, we further emphasized the law firm’s expertise and highlighted specializations and brand values.
